Vickie cultivated her design and build knowledge while utilizing her warm people skills the honest way, by collaborating passionately on dozens of diverse projects.
She practiced real-estate in Silicon Valley for more than 18 years, and was ranked in the top 10 percentile of Santa Clara County’s Agent Network. Vickie provided unique and personalized service for each client’s needs and desires.
An ongoing part of her job then, and now her full-time career is providing project planning for new ADU and home improvement construction. Vickie helps home sellers prepare their home for sale, and home buyers identify pre-move-in improvements. She is a trusted guide through the execution of the entire project.
Vickie has a passion for transforming homes to meet the objectives of the owner. Clients often comment that they didn’t know the process could be so easy.

Vickie has been a resident of the Cambrian neighborhood for the past 30-plus years with close family and community ties.
Driven by a tenderness for helping the senior adults in her community, Vickie serves voluntarily on the City of San Jose’s Age-Friendly Steering Committee. She aides in the charter to effect policies, programs, and regulation designed to enrich life for older adults and make our community a great place to live for all ages.
Her accomplishments include President of the We and Our Neighbors Women’s Club, as well as a commendation in 2005 from the City of San Jose for her leadership in developing the Cambrian Fun Walk and Festival – now an annual event called Celebrate Cambrian.
